I am reading the book, The Better Bladder, there is a tremendous amount of information regarding how to take care of our very sensitive bladders.
One thing that was interesting was , following a Gluten -Free diet. ( Gluten is irritating to the bladder)
I have been eating clean for the past two weeks, no coffee, no alcohol, no tomatoes, no vinegar Or anything spicy.( following the Interstitial Cystitis diet) and not eating anything with gluten. ( gluten free for 8 days)
My symptoms of OAB, are subsiding. They are not completely gone yet , I hoping & praying that I will continue to heal. I hope this info helps some of my fellow bladder pain sufferers. Prayers to everyone who is going through this.
