Leaking bladder

My bladder has been leaking since I was little. I have to wear pads all the time. I get embarrassed because I don't like to smell of urine and it embarrassing when I am around my boyfriend. I've been to doctors all they want to do is run test on me. And I can't afford that. So what can I do?
