Frequent UTIs - what do doctors do for that

I posted already about frequent UTIs and know we all have urgency issues and some have OAB. Since I don't know for sure until I get my cystoscopy, since UTIs cause my urgency problem and not OAB what will these doctors do for me since I am 78 year old woman - be glad after that procedure is done - I need answers to WHY this is happening so so often - my second one already just for January. Appreciate any remarks with anyone who has had this frequent UTI problem and what did their doctors do. Thank you for listening to me.
