Loss of bladder

I just joined bladder chatter and this is my first post. I’ve had microscopic blood in my urine for over 25 years. In the last 10 years I’ve developed urinary incontinence. I’ve lost count the number of urologists I’ve seen and the number of tests performed. I’ve also done urinary/bladder therapy. My last UA two months ago showed high WBC and RBC but the culture was negative. My doctor put me on an antibiotic anyway which usually will get the urgency under control but it didn’t help. In the past the medication Myrbetriq did offer some relief but now I’ve lost all bladder control. To say this is interfering in my life is an understatement. I’m finding with loss of bladder is sometimes loss of bowels. I’m at a loss as to what to do next.
