Miss diagnosed

I’m 53 yrs old and diagnosed this yr with OAB, It took a few days on medicine and I could really tell a difference, but I really think I have interticulidous After 6 pelvic
Examines in 3 months, dr thinking I had a UTI, it almost feels like a UTI with the pain and swollen abdomain. But no meds would help and all test come back negative. The last 2
Days I have been in pain and lower ab., swollen. Anyone else every been missed diagnosed?
