O SHOT for SEVERE OBA?

Has anyone had this shot for severe/urgent oab? I know it works for stress incontinence but I am wondering about Urgent over active bladder. I am too frightened to consider the botox because of the pain and I heard there have ben some law suits with the mesh implants. I am 55 years old
