OAB diagnosis?

Hello! I woke up this morning feeling like I might have a UTI. As the day has progressed I have been urinating quite a bit, never feeling like I'm emptying my bladder. At least 10 times so far. No burning, but a fullness. Because it's Friday and I didn't want to go into the weekend with a UTI, I had a virtual visit with a NP in my doctor's office. She has diagnosed me with OAB and has called in a medication. She says she doesn't think it's a UTI. My question is can OAB develop overnight? At this point, I'm inclined to wait until Monday and speak with my doctor. I appreciate any thoughts. Thank you.
