For those with repeat UTI's

I went to a urologist for repeat UTIs he put me on a antibiotic and noted that I would be on it for 6 to 12 mos. After 6 months my insurance refused to cover it anymore so I stopped taking it. That was 7 years ago and have had one UTI since. Long term use of an ABX worked for me, I am sorry I do not rememberthe name.
