Trouble with bladder for several years

Hello, I am new to this group. I have been having bladder problems for several years. 2 years ago I started with the buting after I urinate, lower Abdominal pain, bladder spasms at least that's what it felt like. Went to the Urologist, did a sonogram and cystoscope and said my bladder was so irritated and I had a spot on my bladder, they thought it could be cancerous. I went in for a TURB I think that was it was called and they removed a suspicious looking spot but when it came back it was not cancerous, they wasn't sure what it was or what caused it . I asked about Interstitial cystitis but he said he didn't think that's what I had. I have since had problems with urgency and leaking of urine, bladder spasms and not being able to go somet
