Is this a UTI? Sudden onset OAB?

Little bit of backstory,
I’m 26 and a female obviously
Haven’t had children
Never have any issues with my bladder
But last week I started before my period leaking a little everyday
Also my bladder is burning a little and I have to go like 9 times a day which I normally go like 3, so I’m leaking burning urintating more, just opinions but do y’all think this is a uti or do I just suddenly have oab now? I’m so scared
