I don’t have a problem with controlling my bladder but I do have a problem with bladder spasms and uti’s. My husband died a year ago and I’ve met a very nice man and we’ve had sex a couple of times. I have an antibiotic to take afterwards and it usually helps but I’m in misery again. Is there any help or do I just refrain from sex the rest of my life. Maybe this isn’t the right sight for my problem but I’m so miserable and would love some answers!
