Gemtesa

My Urologist suggested I try Gemtesa. I have tried oxybutynin, Myrbetric, and Trospium without lasting success.

Has anyone had success with Gemtesa? Anyone know of ways to reduce cost? My present insurance does not cover Gemtesa at all.
