HELP

I had UTIs for 1 month I no longer have bacteria in my urine so I am cleared. But now It seems like my bladder just cramps and I still have the urgency to go to the bathroom. My Urologist didn't do any tests but has diagnosed me with OAB and has given me Myrbetriq (no relief yet) and Uribel 118 mg which kind of helps. Did you Urologist do any tests to determine that is the correct diagnosis? I feel hopeless this has been weeks of just not feeling relief of pain my bladder sometimes the Uribel helps a bit. But Its like I'm afraid to even eat certain things, and when we go out I would normally get a glass of wine and now I don't. Any advice or idea please help!
