Help!!!

I am 42 and recently diagnosed with OAB and SUI. I have had 3 surgeries in 2 months. 2 mid urethral sling implants and 1 bulkamaid injection procedure and on Gemtesa. I am good for about a week after each procedure then start leaking again...my whole life has come to a stand still. I am at a loss and too new to this situation that I just don't know what to do. The moment I stand and start walking, I begin to leak. Is it time for a second opinion?
