I have always had an over active bladder growing up. I am now 28 and just last week it has become unbearable. I am scheduled with a specialist at the end of August. The med they have given me to control the urgency isn't working. I leave for vacation in a week. What can i do that might help? I feel like I am dying. It is affecting my mental health. I do suffer from OCD and Anxiety. Help!
