New here and feeling hopeless

Hello,
I’ve been dealing with constant( I mean nonstop) urgency burning around my suprapubic area and have been on Sanctura for about 1 week. I have felt some changes but still have constant urgency with no relief not even after I urinate. My symptoms started 17 days ago, since I have been eating a bland diet and no caffeine or acids. Don’t know what to do, I hardly get any sleep and my anxiety is through the roof. I don’t have an infection either. I have 3 kids that spend on me. Any advise? I did send a message to the urologist to see about other recommendations. Thank you
