after 5 urologists and 4 OAB medications over many years did nothing for me, I discovered on my own a natural remedy for a substantial improvement in nocturia (getting up several times each night to pee). That is, to go in a sauna at night an hour or two before bed. I put one in my basement. I've only had it about a week, but there has been a clear and substantial improvement. Everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for another. However, I'm guessing I sweat out a couple cups of liquid in 30 minutes and this is the reason for the substantial improvement. So simple of an idea, but took me 25 years to think of it. I recognize not everyone has the money and space to put in a sauna but wanted to share this idea
