Treatments for urge incontinence

Since my hysterectomy in Oct.2019, I have had issues with urge incontinence. My Ob/Gyn ruled out prolapse, and prescribed Oxybutin. However, I stopped taking it due to getting severe headaches (almost migraine like). I then consulted an urologist, who gave me two months of Myrbetriq samples to try. They helped somewhat, but was too expensive. I then tried supplements with pumpkin seed extract OTC, which only helped a short time period. My husband thought catheters would help, but I don't want to be tied to that forever. My urologist mentioned botox injection or putting a pacemaker on nerves in my spine that control my bladder. My general doctor thought psychotherapy might help! I am at my wits end! Any suggestions? Thanks!
