urgency and bladder spasms

Hi! I am new here and need some advice, please! I have tried two prescription meds....each costing me $95 a month. Neither worked unless I took AZO along with the med. My urologist wants me to take both prescription meds together ($$$). I think I feel better all the way around just by taking AZO. She says I can't take AZO long term. ??? I have bladder spasms, urgency, leakage and total loss. I am wearing depends daily. Thoughts????
