I am 58 and for the last year or so I have this urgency to use the restroom, literally every 4-6 minutes when I lay down. So this only does it to me when I am trying to sleep. I do not have an issue with incontinence and I do go every time I get up (4-6 minutes). Sometimes steady stream and sometimes very little. This goes on and on until I am so tired my body eventually gives up. I do not have a UTI (tested several times) and have seen a urologist. However, all they want to do it put me on meds and reading the reviews of those meds scares me to death. I do not need extra issues. I do take an over the counter sleeping pill, and I also know those do add to the issue, however without them I dont sleep at all. Help pls!
