What helped me:
Switching to green plant based diet
Eliminate dairy including eggs!
Take a Probiotic
Take B vitamins especially B9 or Folate
Take iron if deficient
Take Vitamin C with bioflavenoids
Eat raw ginger and garlic
Drink no more than 500mL (1 bottle of water) between trips to the toilet
