Detrusor overactivity/spasms

Hi all, I have already tried mirabegron, solfenacin, diphenhydramine, cetirizine, levocetirizine, pyridium, clonzaepam- nothing helps consistently and/or gives horrible side effects. Got Botox and it did not help. TENS unit on tibial nerve does not help. My doc wants me to get interstim which sounds like an absolute nightmare. I am only 36 years old. I cannot sleep due to OAB. It takes me hours to fall asleep. How do you get the bladder spasms to stop to be able to fall asleep???
