When I travel and everything will be fine and all of a sudden I get the sudden urge to go and I am no where near a rest stop or a store to go pee. I end up peeing myself and I feel so embarrassed.

How to travel with no accidents.

A fried of mine got a rash from using a certain brand of pad. Her doctor said the pads caused it and you could never be completely free of it once you had it.

Started it lately for it. Found out carbonated beverages makes it worse. Start a diary of what you drink and eat. See if something can trigger it.
